Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
We only ship within all of the USA at the moment. We offer our customers free standard shipping with tracking on all orders over $50.
What are your shipping and processing times?
USA Standard shipping: normally 2-5 business days. Your order will usually ship out within 24 business hours (not consecutive hours) from our distribution centers in the United States. In particular circumstances, due to very high volumes, shipping could be delayed - although we always do our very best to fulfil orders within the optimal timeframe.
In some areas of the United States we do offer 2-Day or 3-Day delivery for an extra fee. Please look into the product page and the checkout page to know if this option is available to you.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you will receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number. Please check your spam filter, just in case. If you haven't received information about tracking within a reasonable timeframe, please send us an email at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help you out.
Please note that orders with multiple items might be fulfilled in separate shipments in order to optimize the total fulfilment time and deliver the items to you as soon as possible.
Can you ship an order as a gift?
Please be aware that we do not print and include invoices in the packaging when shipping out the packages, so are packages are suitable to be sent out as gifts. You will receive a receipt by email with every purchase with all your order details. We don't provide a gift wrapping or gift card service at the moment.
Black Friday/Cyber Monday Shipments
As we do our best to fulfil our orders within the standard time, we might encounter extreme volumes of order for Black Friday/Cyber Monday, so your package could take up to 72 business hours to be shipped.
Unexpected Delays due to Covid-19
In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking over the indicated delivery window to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over.
