This is a gem of traditional Sencha mountain loose leaf tea, thoroughly roasted and finished with a high aromatic flavor.
The color of the tea is a clear golden color. The taste has a good balance of umami and astringency, and a tasty flavor slowly comes out of tea leaves.
After the infusion, the tea leaves return to their raw leaf state. It has a refreshing taste and is suitable to enjoy right after a meal. It tastes great with some rice crackers.
